• Practice locations of Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
• ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed, 40hrs 

• Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed
• Total Compensation Potential: $300,000–$600,000+
• Signing Bonus / Student Support: $100,000 (structured over 1–5 years)
• Paid Time Off: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
• Annual Skill Stipends: $5,000 per skill (Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Regional Blocks)
• CME & Board Certification Allowance: $4,000 annually
• Overtime (Over 40 Hours): $225/hour callback rate
• Call Pay: $250/night; $1,200/weekend day
• Vacation Payout: Up to 80 hours at hourly rate
• Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match beginning in year two
